Tiny Factory

Terms of Service

Effective: October 4, 2026 · Revised: October 4, 2026

1. Purpose and Definitions

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between JUNNIE Games (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and users regarding the mobile game Tiny Factory and its related network, support, and paid-content services (collectively, the “Service”).

  • User: a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
  • Account: an anonymous account or a Service identity linked to an external account such as Google Play Games
  • Paid Content: products, subscriptions, virtual currency, and features used after payment
  • Virtual Items: crystals, coins, and similar electronic indicators usable only within the game

2. Effect and Changes

  1. A Service agreement is formed when a user accepts these Terms in the Service and begins using it.
  2. We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Material or unfavorable changes will be announced through the Service or website with their effective date and reason at least 30 days in advance. Other changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance. For any change that is unfavorable to users or otherwise material, we will present the terms before and after the change in an easy-to-understand manner and, where necessary, notify users individually through a reasonable method, such as contact details provided by the user.
  3. If a user does not agree to amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and delete the account. Where applicable law requires consent to amended Terms, we will explain how to accept or reject the changes and complete the required consent process.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  1. An anonymous account may be created at first launch. Users may connect a supported external account to recover progress on another device.
  2. Users must safeguard their accounts and devices and must not transfer, sell, lend, or share accounts.
  3. A minor who requires consent from a legal representative must obtain that consent before purchasing Paid Content. A contract made without required consent may be canceled by the minor or legal representative under applicable law.
  4. Use of an external platform account is also subject to that platform’s terms.

4. Provision of the Service

We provide gameplay, account linking, cloud saves, in-app purchases and subscriptions, optional rewarded advertising, and customer support. Some features may require internet access, a supported device or operating system, or an external platform account. Specific features and operating rules are described in the game.

6. VIP Subscription

  1. VIP is an automatically renewing subscription for the period shown on the purchase screen.
  2. Renewal charges follow Google Play subscription settings and policies. Users may cancel before the next renewal through Google Play subscription management.
  3. After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the paid period, after which automatic renewal stops.
  4. Price or benefit changes will be announced in advance, and consent will be obtained where required by law or Google Play policy.
  5. VIP access and immediately applied benefits are activated without a separate claim. Daily rewards are delivered to the mailbox and added to the game balance when claimed.

7. Withdrawal and Refunds

Withdrawal is available within 7 days of the payment date (excluding rewards already claimed and products applied immediately).
Purchases made independently by a minor without a legal representative’s consent may be cancelled.

  1. Users may exercise the right of withdrawal or similar rights for purchases of Paid Content within the periods and subject to the requirements prescribed by applicable law. In principle, a request may be made within 7 days after receipt of the written contract information. If the content is supplied later than the written contract information, the 7-day period begins on the date the content is supplied or its supply commences.
  2. The right of withdrawal may be restricted where the supply of digital content has commenced or where another ground prescribed by applicable law applies. For a contract consisting of divisible digital content, withdrawal may remain available under applicable law for any portion whose supply has not commenced. For content subject to a withdrawal restriction, we will clearly display that restriction where users can easily see it and, where required by applicable law, take necessary measures such as providing trial access.
  3. If content differs from its description or advertising, or is not supplied in accordance with the contract, users may exercise the right of withdrawal within 3 months after the content was supplied and within 30 days after the date on which they became aware, or could have become aware, of that fact.
  4. Refunds may be processed through the applicable payment method and Google Play's refund procedures. Where we are directly required by applicable law to issue a refund, we will refund the payment within 3 business days after the withdrawal request and, for a credit card or another payment method prescribed by applicable law, promptly request that the payment provider stop or cancel the charge, in accordance with that law.
  5. Once a refund or payment cancellation is completed, we may revoke the relevant Paid Content. For a subscription, we may terminate or revoke the related benefits. If a payment for Virtual Items is refunded, we may deduct the corresponding Virtual Items.
  6. Rewards delivered by mail are recorded as unclaimed until the user claims them. The purchase-screen notice and applicable law govern ordinary withdrawal handling for claimed rewards and immediately applied permanent double income or VIP access. A minor or their legal representative may cancel a purchase made independently by the minor without the legal representative’s consent, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Virtual Items and Game Data

  1. Virtual Items are electronic means of use intended for purposes specified within the Service and do not themselves have the same value as cash or electronic money. Possessing Virtual Items does not give a user the right to demand that we exchange them for cash. Unless we expressly permit otherwise, Virtual Items may not be exchanged for cash or traded between users. This paragraph does not limit any rights that users have under applicable law, including rights of withdrawal and refund for Paid Content purchased with actual payment.
  2. Free Virtual Items may be changed or withdrawn where necessary for operation. Applicable law and these Terms take priority for Paid Content.
  3. Items obtained through errors, duplicate grants, bug exploitation, or other improper use may be corrected or revoked after prior or subsequent notice.

9. Advertising

The Service may contain advertising. Rewarded ads are watched at the user’s choice, and the displayed reward is granted after complete viewing and server verification. Availability, playback failures, and no-fill conditions may vary because of network or advertising-provider conditions. Core gameplay remains available without watching ads.

10. Friend Referrals

  1. Referrals become available after the full tutorial. Registration requires both full tutorial completion and a linked Google account.
  2. A valid referral ID registered successfully by the server counts as one referral success. No further mission, account-age, payment, or ad-viewing requirement applies.
  3. A referred account can register a referral ID once in its lifetime. The game asks for confirmation before registration. Afterward, the relationship cannot be changed, deleted, or registered again to another referrer. Account deletion, rejoining, or reinstallation does not reset participation.
  4. Registering your own ID to your own account is prohibited.
  5. Rewards have milestones from 1 to a maximum of 10 successful referrals, with conditions and contents shown in the game. Users claim each milestone manually; each milestone is granted once. Referrals beyond 10 provide no additional milestones.
  6. Automation, replayed requests, mass account creation, manipulated saves or authentication information, and other improper methods of obtaining referrals or rewards are prohibited. Confirmed improper referrals and rewards may be corrected, restricted, or revoked under Section 12. Users may appeal through Support.
  7. Normal referrals are not restricted solely because users share a household, Wi-Fi, or school network or use a VPN.
  8. An ID received through a link is a registration candidate. The relationship is established only after in-game confirmation and server validation.

11. User Duties and Prohibited Conduct

Users must comply with law, these Terms, and in-game notices. Users must not:

  • misuse the Service or another person’s account, or provide false information;
  • alter client, communication, or save data without authorization;
  • use unauthorized programs, macros, or automation tools to circumvent normal gameplay;
  • exploit an emulator, debugging tool, vulnerability, or similar means to manipulate game results, currency, items, ad rewards, payments, or server requests abnormally;
  • after becoming aware of a game or server error or bug, intentionally or repeatedly exploit it to obtain currency, items, ad rewards, or other benefits that cannot be obtained through normal gameplay, or distribute the method of exploitation to other users;
  • improperly or repeatedly obtain payments, refunds, ad rewards, or promotions;
  • overload servers or networks or interfere with Service operations;
  • infringe our or another person’s copyright, trademark, or other rights;
  • trade or broker accounts, Virtual Items, or game items for money; or
  • violate law, public order, or accepted standards of conduct.

12. Restrictions on Use

When prohibited conduct is confirmed or urgent security needs arise, we may issue a warning, correct data, revoke rewards, suspend use, or terminate the agreement. We generally provide the reason and an appeal method; urgent security action may be explained afterward. Users may appeal through Support.

13. Service Changes, Suspension, and Closure

  1. We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, updates, failures, natural disasters, network problems, or external-platform policy changes.
  2. We may modify the Service for operational, technical, or business reasons. Changes materially affecting user rights will be announced within a reasonable period in advance.
  3. If the Service is permanently closed, we will generally announce the closure date and compensation or refund process at least 30 days beforehand. Paid Content will be handled under applicable law.

14. Termination and Account Deletion

Users may delete their account in the app and terminate the agreement at any time. Deleted game progress and consumed content cannot be restored. Transaction records subject to legal retention duties are stored separately for the required period. See Account Deletion for details.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, game software, characters, images, music, text, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to us or their lawful owners. Users receive only a personal, non-commercial license necessary to use the Service and may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly transmit, or commercially exploit them without prior permission.

16. Liability

  1. We are liable under applicable law for damage caused by our intent or negligence.
  2. We are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, war, network or platform failures, user fault, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control where we have no intent or negligence.
  3. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

17. Privacy

We process personal data under applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Information independently processed by external platforms or advertising providers may also be subject to their privacy policies.

18. Notices and Contact

We may provide Service notices through in-game announcements, the website, pop-ups, or contact information supplied by a user. Questions about these Terms, payments, subscriptions, accounts, or disputes may be sent below.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and the Service agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We and the user will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law and the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
