Account & Data Deletion

Delete directly in the app

1. Open Tiny Factory.
   Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
   Select the Settings button on the main screen.
3. Select “Delete Account.”
   Tap the underlined Delete Account text below the social account connection area.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.
   When processing finishes, your Firebase Authentication account and user save data on the server and device are deleted.

Warning: Deleted game progress and consumed products cannot be restored. Review everything you need before continuing.

Data that is deleted

• Firebase Authentication account and account identifiers
• Server-stored game progress, currency, manager, city, and mission data
• Purchase grants, ad rewards, and synchronization records under the user account
• Mailbox mail and reward claim status stored under the user account
• Tiny Factory progress and synchronization data stored on the device

Data that may be retained separately

Purchase history, refund and subscription records managed by Google Play, transaction and dispute records required by law, and the minimum verification records needed to prevent duplicate purchase or ad-reward grants and fraud may be retained separately for the applicable period. They are deleted or de-identified when the retention purpose ends.

If you cannot use the app

Email support with the subject “Tiny Factory Account Deletion Request”. Include your Google Play Games player name and only the minimum information needed to verify the account. After verification, we will delete the account and associated data and notify you of the result.

Referral Participation Records

The account identifier hash, referral ID and relationship, success count, and minimum claim facts are kept separately after account deletion to enforce lifetime participation and prevent duplicate rewards. See the referral section of the Privacy Policy.
